New releases for E-PIX, gPAS, and gICS are now available for free download. We took this opportunity to update the content of our brochures and give them a little facelift. At the same time, the websites for our solution modules have been completely revamped and standardized.

This time, the E-PIX release is quite slim. A few improvements have been made and bug fixes implemented. Thank you very much for the feedback from the community.

New features in gPAS are designed to further support everyday work. For example, it is now possible to automate the deletion of pseudonyms by specifying a date or time period. Pseudonym trees can also be exported from the interface in the widely used Mermaid Markdown format. The FHIR interface of gPAS has been extended to include secondary pseudonymization. This means, for example, that new pseudonyms can now be generated for each patient and data record for each data transfer via FHIR. This is particularly relevant for the implementation of the GenomDE model project and the implementation of the planned data flows in the MII (in accordance with TF Datenschutz specifications).

In addition to several improvements and bug fixes, we have responded to requests from the community and enabled gICS to generate PDFs for digitally recorded consents and revocations. This also works retrospectively, of course, and now enables application scenarios with tablet-based document capture and simultaneous provision of content in PDF form for archiving systems. For the FHIR interface of gICS, there are now new configuration options in the context of consent search, and the successfully balloted FHIR standardConsent Management 2.0” and the MII KDS module “Consent” (v2025.0.4) are supported in accordance with the standard.
